Strong and Grounded: whole-person coaching for your next chapter.
Build strength in your body.
Find steadiness in your life.
Move forward feeling more like yourself.
I work with midlife women — and with rabbis, cantors, and Jewish professionals — who are ready for support that honors both the body and the deeper questions of life.
You don’t need to overhaul your life to move forward.
You need the right kind of support.
I meet you where you are, and we build from there.

I work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and often carrying a lot — even when it doesn’t always show.

For rabbis and Jewish professionals, coaching may focus more directly on leadership, vocation, sustainability, and meaning — always grounded in lived experience and embodied presence.
There is no single “right way” to do this work.
We shape it together, based on where you are and what you need.
My work is shaped by training and experience across multiple disciplines, all rooted in a belief that strength — physical, emotional, and spiritual — supports people through life’s transitions.
I am an ordained rabbi, a certified fitness trainer, and a trained life coach.*
Over the past 23 years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals and groups in settings ranging from synagogues and retreat centers to gyms and private spaces, supporting people as they build strength, navigate change, and reconnect with themselves.
My rabbinic background informs how I listen, hold space, and work thoughtfully with questions of meaning, identity, and transition. My training in fitness and coaching grounds that work in the body, offering practical tools for building steadiness, confidence, and momentum.
This coaching work is non-therapeutic and does not replace medical, mental health, or clinical care. When appropriate, I encourage clients to work alongside licensed professionals as part of a broader support system.
As a coach, I meet you where you are.
As a trainer, I help you build physical strength that is functional and sustainable.
As a rabbi, I bring deep listening, perspective, and care for the whole person.

After moving from New York to San Jose to Seattle, I am back in New York, along with my husband Danny and our dog Monte. I am the founder of Neshama Body and Soul - a practice that combines exercise with prayer and Torah reflections. I love to box and have taught boxing classes on both coasts. I also love chocolate, wine, and cheese. Growing up, I was the last-picked for every single sport.
